Reimagining Small Business

Despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, I believe our organization to be stronger today than a year ago.  How is that even possible?  The global pandemic and the resulting economic fallout caused our management team to evaluate every facet of our business and decide as to whether it was contributing to, or taking away from, our bottom line.

We consolidated our office and retail locations in Las Vegas to bring our team members together under one roof.  This simple act allowed for better oversight (allowing management to be more hands on with their supervision and training) as well as reduced our overall expenses (lease payment, CAM fees, utilities, etc…).  To account for social-distancing and to maintain a safe working environment we staggered schedules, allowing employees to work from home on select days and in the office on others.  We invested in additional information technology to streamline the document and payment processing for our customers, allowing them a truly contactless experience, if that is what they desired.

Our company mantra is “Exceptional service is the root of everything we do” and with that as a foundation, we plan to build on our past success.  The global pandemic has taught us to be flexible in our approach, to think outside of the box, while remaining true to our goal of expanding our operations and enlarging our territory.

“For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required…” LUKE 12:48.  As such, we look to foster relationships with likeminded business owners.  Together, through our shared experiences we can conquer this pandemic and continue to build additional value into the lives of our stakeholders.  In addition, we look forward to becoming even more politically engaged and working with our elected leaders such as Assemblywoman Daniele Monroe-Moreno to uplift our community by Building Black Better.
