On April 13, 2023, the Henderson City Council today officially canvassed the results of Henderson’s first-ever special election announcing Jim Seebock as its new Ward 1 Henderson City Council member.
HENDERSON CITY COUNCIL ANNOUNCE JIM SEEBOCK AS NEW CITY COUNCILMEMBER
On April 13, 2023, the Henderson City Council today officially canvassed the results of Henderson’s first-ever special election announcing Jim Seebock as its new Ward 1 Henderson City Council member.
Seebock has been a Henderson resident since 1986 when he attended Burkholder Junior High School and graduated from Basic High School. He is currently a Ward 1 resident and the Assistant Sheriff of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
The ward-based special election had a total turnout of 7,467 votes, accounting for nearly 14 percent of the 53,640 Ward 1 registered voters.
Seebock will take his Oath of Office at a special Henderson City Council meeting on April 18th at 5pm.
